LPL Financial was a growth company, and as such, change was inevitable. When a major shift came, LPL hired TOTAL Creative to produce this change management piece. Fast growth meant they had to scale back, and they wanted the retained employees to feel they were valued and an important part of the company. We produced the piece from script to screen. We used hand drawn imagery to help explain the background. The human character was important to keep a connection for the viewers.
