The Creative Process
In partnership with Addis, another of Equinix’s agencies, we built a culture video that was shot in 4 countries, using real Equinix people in different parts of the organization and different parts of the world. We used the commute to work as a metaphor for the culture journey each was on, and told their stories with no interviews. We used their voices, saw them in their homes, followed their commutes, and celebrated their shard feelings about their company, its culture, its people and its leadership.
